Stratford News: Drugs Switched at Nursing Facility

On 03-11-2015 investigators of the Stratford Police Department arrested Jaimie Fitcher age 39 of Seymour on several drug charges. The arrest stems from an investigation into the alleged theft or misuse of prescription narcotics by Fitcher at the Lord Chamberlain Rehabilitation Facility located at 7003 Main Street in Stratford. Fitcher who is an LPN is believed to have been involved in taking prescription medication from the facility and patients. Fitcher admitted to swapping out prescription medication with over the counter Tylenol or allergy medications and keeping the pills. At the time of her arrest Fitcher was found to be in possession of 20 pills (Oxycodone and Diazepam).

Fitcher was charged with Reckless Endangerment, Illegally Obtaining Narcotics, Illegally Possessing Narcotics, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to Keep Prescription Medication in a Proper Container and  misrepresentation of a Controlled Substance. She was held on a $25,000 dollar bond. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective John Therina at 203-385-4128.

Possible Stolen ATM

2:00am–#Bridgeport CT– #Stratford CT–Police from both Bridgeport and Stratford were chasing the same suspects in the Barnum/Hollister/Soundview area for a Grand Cherokee with a possible stolen ATM machine (redundant since the M in ATM stands for machine). Since I monitor multiple police radios at the same time I knew they were working on the same call and called both departments that I thought they are working the same call. They are now coordinating their info!

Polícia de Bridgeport e Stratford estavam perseguindo os mesmos suspeitos / Hollister / área Soundview o Barnum para um Grand Cherokee com uma possível máquina ATM roubado (redundante uma vez que o M em ATM significa máquina). Desde que eu monitoro rádios da polícia múltiplas ao mesmo tempo eu sabia que eles estavam trabalhando na mesma chamada e chamou ambos os departamentos que eu pensei que eles estão trabalhando na mesma chamada. Eles estão agora coordenando a sua informação!

Stratford News: Smoke in a Structure

Tonight’s Car Fire

1:40am–#Bridgeport CT–Tonight’s car fire is hosted by Stratford.  Someone apparently broke into the car and set it on fire according to radio reports.  The incident  occurred at 1524 of Broadbridge Avenue.  The car’s owner put it out with a hose.  Firefighters and police on the way.

Fuego del coche de esta noche es organizada por Stratford. Al parecer, alguien entró en el coche y le prendió fuego de acuerdo con reportes de la radio. El incidente ocurrió a las 1524 de Broadbridge Avenue. El propietario del vehículo, ya que con una manguera. Los bomberos y la policía en el camino.

Carro pegando fogo de hoje à noite é hospedado por Stratford. Alguém aparentemente arrombou o carro e atearam fogo de acordo com relatos de rádio. O incidente ocorreu na 1524 de Broadbridge Avenue. O dono do carro apagou com uma mangueira. Bombeiros e policiais a caminho.
