UPDATE: State Police have taken over the investigation of this crash which was the result of a Norwalk Police Pursuit. Vincent Fowlkes, 22 died in the accident. K-9 took a McBite out of one of the suspects. Police are now looking for any guns possibly thrown from the vehicle. I don't know what they are wanted for but avoid the area if you can.
