Stratford Prescription Drug Box Reaches 1 Ton Mark

#Stratford CT--This month the prescription drug box at Stratford Police Headquarters reached the one-ton mark in collection of unwanted and unused medications. The drug box was installed in the police department lobby in October 2013.   #Westport CT--January 12, 2016, Westport Officers responded to Fairfield PDand took custody of Jacob Dagley. Westport had an outstanding warrant for Dagley for the charges listed above. On 11/04/15 at approximately 1:00am, the accused broke into the Merritt Country Store on Main Street in Westport by throwing a rock though the front glass. Accused then stole cigarettes valued at $545.61. Later that night, the accused and an accomplice were involved in a high speed chase with the Milford Police Department and were arrested. Westport Detectives were able to connect Dagley to the crime by store video as well as the accused being in possession of the stolen goods. Bridgeport Police Promotions

Fairfield First Responders Play I Spy

11:17am--#Fairfield CT-- A woman along with her alleged drunk boyfriend sleeping on the jetty calls police not knowing where she is. She remembers driving down a long driveway.  She reads to the dispatcher " Members Only Private Beach" and buoy 22 and a man walking a dog on the beach at a distance as her clues to first responders.  Police locate her and the boyfriend at the  Country Club of Fairfield at 936 Sasco Hill Road.  Police had to slowly walk to the boyfriend off the jeddy while EMS worked their way to him.   First responders win this round I Spy with no major issues.   This was no jeddy mind trick.   This report is made possible by:
