UPDATE: Police say an 18-year-old forced his way into a home and the 72-year-old homeowner shot him in the stomach. The teen was seen running in the street attempting to stop passing cars. The teen has mental disabilities and sometimes act out violently. He is listed in stable condition. Congressman Himes, who has been critical with the Trump Administration said in March that tariffs were “backward-looking,” and said other nations are moving in the opposite direction – toward free trade celebrated a tariff of his own. He issued this press release: The United States International Trade Commission overturned tariffs on Canadian newsprint.
