#HARTFORD, CT – Governor Dannel P. Norwalk News: Armed Robbery Arrest

#Norwalk Connecticut--On September 29, 2016, the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force in North Carolina arrested Donald Outlaw, 28 of Hartford, in High Point North Carolina. The Norwalk Police Department held an active arrest warrant for Outlaw due to his involvement in the September 9, 2016 armed robbery of the Gold Rush Pawn Shop located at 495 Connecticut Avenue. Detective Cisero was able to establish that Outlaw and a conspirator had committed the armed robbery. Once extradited back to Connecticut, Outlaw will be charged with Robbery 1, Larceny 1 and Conspiracy. The warrant has a court set bond of $250,000.
