7:00pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A person handed a teller note at People's Bank inside Stop and Shop at upper Main Street. The note said someone was threatening him (not the teller) with a gun. Police have one person in custody and one is at large. The incident is reported to have happened on Wood Avenue. This news report is made possible by:
3:22pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- EMS in the area, called their dispatch of heavy smoke in the area of Sheridan Street and Ogden Street Extension. Firefighters responded, confirming the smoke in the area. They found a two and half story garage on fire at 47 Mead Street. Within a half hour firefighters had the bulk of the fire knocked down. There were no reported injuries.

12:34pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A homeowner on Sheridan Street said a man in a blue Ford Explorer threw a brick in the window of his house. Police locate the driver at Boston and Sheridan. He attempted to take off on police but crashed on Orange Street and then attempted to flee on foot. Cops catch him on Central Avenue. This news report is made possible by:
UPDATE: Possibly happened on Goddard Street. Expect police activity in the area. 11:43pm---#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A stabbing victim just showed up at Bridgeport Hospital in a private vehicle. Initial reports say he was stabbed in the rib area. No word on where in town the stabbing took place. I'm losing count of all the stabbing victims this week. 5 or 6? 11:21pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- St. Vincent's Hospital at 2800 Main Street called police that a pit bull walked through their open emergency doors and into the emergency room. They have him contained.
