Ganim At Odds With O&G Debris Pile On Seaside Avenue

#Bridgeport Connecticut--Mayor Ganim, city officials and concerned citizens gathered across the street from O & G site at 1225 Seaview Avenue Friday.  Mayor Ganim read excerpts from a Order to Comply in violating a Certificate of Zoning Compliance  or have a Coastal Site Plan.  The mayor said it was like another Mount Trashmore the mayor fought the first time he was mayor.   Citizens came out for health concerns and worried that the company would move its operations to Seaside Village, within a quarter mile of schools and Seaside Park. Bridgeport Budget Cuts To Continue To Delay Police Updates

#Bridgeport Connecticut--Today, at approximately 10:00 hours, the Fugitive Task Force took Bernard Brandon (09/17/83) into custody.  Brandon was located at a residence on the westside of the City.
