Bridgeport Police Department Arrests Man for Possession of a Paintball and Airsoft Guns

#Bridgeport, Conn. (November 2, 2015 Press Release) – Today, the Bridgeport Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect, Carl Brooks (DOB: 06/13/94), for possession and use of paintball and airsoft guns.   On Saturday, October 31 at around 5:45 p.m., police officers responded to a call about shots fired at Marina Village Building #22.   Upon arrival, a police officer observed a few young males sitting on the front steps of building #22. As the police officer approached the young males, the officer heard muffled sound of shots, possibly, projectiles being fired from a pellet gun, paint ball gun, or airsoft rifle.  The police officer observed the building across from Building #22 had its windows broken and was covered by blue…

Fairfield News: No Means No. Sexual Assault at Sacred Heart

#Fairfield CT-- #sacredheart--Frank Anthony Sapienza (DOB 07/03/96) was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault 4th degree (53a- 73a) after a female victim reported unwanted sexual contact by kissing and groping her, after she allegedly told him to stop multiple times.   Victim #1 contacted Sacred Heart University Public Safety to report that she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male (Later identified as Frank Anthony Sapienza 07/03/96) who was dressed in a police officer Halloween costume at 5151 Park Avenue (Sacred Heart University).  The suspect, Frank Anthony Sapienza also admitted that he did not stop immediately after he was asked to do so by Victim #1.
