Westport News: Pool Contractor Arrest

Warrant Arrest: On Wednesday November 18th, 2015 the accused turned himself into the Westport Police Department after learning that there was a warrant for his arrest. The arrest stems from a larceny complaint received on September 18th, 2015. The complainant alleges that he had hired CT Windows and Sunrooms LLC back in December 2014 to reconstruct his pool roof and paid $5000 upfront as part of the contract agreement. From December 2014 to September 2015 no work was completed or attempted by the contractor.
