2:29pm--#Fairfield CT--A driver was coming out of Stop and Shop's parking lot at 1160 Kings Highway Cutoff when he was cut off by another driver forcing him over the guard rail. The driver received a minor laceration to his wrist in the accident but refused medical attention from EMS.
