Purse theft

The subject depicted in the building, described as a light skinned black, or Hispanic male, in his 30's, with a freshly shaven head, was found wandering through office areas inaccessible to the public. When questioned, he stated he was looking for a doctor’s office. Despite being escorted to the floor of the building where doctors are located, the subject returned multiple times, and was ultimately located behind the victims desk, at which time he fled the building with her purse. City 911 Center Staff Collects Winter Coats for City Children
(Bridgeport, CT -- Nov. 25, 2013) – Telecommunication operators in the city’s 911 center collected more than 50 winter jackets during a pre-Thanksgiving coat drive. The TCOs will collaborate with the police Community Services Division to distribute the coats at a city school. “Our 911 Center staff deserves a lot of credit,” said Mayor Bill Finch. “They are the calming voice on the other end of the line when a person calls 911. It’s such a demanding job.
