Stratford Library Launches Strategic Planning Work
The Stratford Library will hold two community conversations to better understand the needs of the Stratford residents. The conversations are part of a larger strategic planning process that includes input from Library staff, the Library’s Board of trustees, and a community survey to develop goals and objectives to help plan future improvements to Library facilities and services. “We want to hear from people in our community – no matter how you use the Library, or even if you don’t use the Library at all! Even if you do not have a Library card or have not visited the Library recently, your responses are important for future planning purposes.” Says Stratford Library Executive Director Sheri Szymanski.
