Around 5:10pm Thursday afternoon police were called initially for what appeared to be a man grabbing and assaulting kids at the skate park at Jennings Beach. Witnesses tell us that the man came to the park to pick up his son, when he refused to get in the car the skaters attacked the man. I’ve contacted Fairfield Police and they are still trying to sort the story from numerous witnesses. One youth was taken to checked for a back injury, his condition is unknown a this time.
