Just after 3am Monday morning firefighters were called to 175 Hanford Avenue for a structure fire. Firefighters arriving on scene reported heavy fire from the back of the structure and concerns to the building to the left of the house catching fire due to the heat and fire. Additional alarms were called in including a evacuation tone which caused firefighters to evacuated the building and take a defensive approach to the fire. It was about an hour before fighters were able to shift from a defensive mode to an offensive mode and take control to the fire. I spoke many EMS heroes and they said no one was injured in the fire. If we get any further information we will update you at DoingItLocal.com.
