12:28pm–#Fairfield CT #cttraffic–Police in a brief pursuit with a motorcyclist who “test drove” the bike and never returned it. Went for Kings Highway to Johnson Drive. He took off at a very high rate of speed onto I-95 northbound. Police terminated pursuit.
