1:03pm–#Bethany CT– First responders are having trouble accessing a hiker in distress on water company property on Sperry Road due to unplowed access roads. A snowmobile is on the way from Prospect. UPDATE–Water company officials have the distressed hiker and are making their way to the first responders.
