(HARTFORD, CT) – On Tuesday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Secretary of the State Denise Merrill will hold a news conference at the State Capitol in Hartford to announce a major effort to modernize the voter registration process in Connecticut.  They will be joined by Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman, Department of Motor Vehicles Commissioner Melody Currey, state lawmakers and local registrars of voters.
