2:00am–#Bridgeport CT–A nurse at Bridgeport Hospital was just assaulted by a patient in room 29. Police are investigating. BPD file number 018.

I hope this awful situation was not due to the fact that (restraints ) are no longer allowed to be used in dangerous situations invovolving hostile /threatening, out of control or mentally unstable people. Thank you to those who sit behind a desk in an office , that are not exposed or have to be involved in these situations and then change the laws to put health workers, civil servant workers and our community at RISK!
