3:00pm–#Fairfield CT–A UI worker changing a meter gave a scare to a Hemlock Road resident. The resident locked herself in closet and called her mother that she heard someone inside the home. The mother then called police. When police arrived to the home they found a UI doortag and discovered that the sounds the girl heard was the meter being changed and no one entered the home.
