10:04pm--#New Haven CT--A report of a shooting at Chapel and Kensington Avenue.  Reports say there were two injured, condition unknown.  UPDATE-- 26 year old Tyrese Jones of Elm Street became New Haven's 8th homicide.  The second person shot has not been identified and is in stable condition. I like visiting Larry because he's not only friendly but as a wholesaler of the batteries he is like an early indicator of what is going on to the local economy. 2:18am--#Bridgeport CT--Police received several calls for shots fired in the 400 block of Trumbull Avenue.  Police found several cars hit by bullets and a bloodied sneaker in the crosswalks.  A short time later a victim with a gunshot shows up at St. Vincent's Hospital.
