3:08pm–#Stratford CT–There is a boat about a half mile out in the mouth of the Housatonic River taking on water.  There are 6 people on board.  The have one pump working and one down.  Clamboats in the area are attempting to rescue.  Stratford, Milford and Coast Guard on the way.  UPDATE: It is a clamboat that is taking on water and another clamboat is attempting to assist.
