12:30pm–#cttraffic–#Fairfield CT–A tractor trailer is on the shoulder of I-95 southbound near the exit ramp for the closed rest area with smoke coming from under the hood and reports say fluids from the truck is leaking onto the travel lanes. Â Expect delays, firefighters on scene but nothing showing on the traffic camera.
