On May 10, 2015 at approximately 1:28 a.m., Troop G-Bridgeport received a report of 2015 Toyota Corolla being shot at while traveling Route 25 Northbound, in the area of exit 2, in Bridgeport.

The operator of the vehicle did not see any flashes from the firearm, but believed the gunshots came from a white four door sedan, unknown make and model. Upon arrival, Troopers initiated an investigation in which they were able to confirm that the 2015 Toyota Corolla had been struck by multiple projectiles. On May 10, 2015 at approximately 1:34 a.m., Bridgeport Police Department reported gun shots in the area of Ellsworth Street and Fairfield Avenue. It is unknown if the two incidents are related. If anyone locates a silver Toyota hubcap and/or one 2”x3” passenger side mirror black trim plate, or has any information regarding this incident please contact Trooper Corona or Troop G-Bridgeport at 203-696-2500.
