12:00am–#Fairfield CT–#Black Rock CT–Police nab a person wanted in car break in’s catching him after a brief foot pursuit behind Michael Gennaro’s Steakhouse at 238 Post Road.  The suspect was brought down after being tazed.  Sorry, this was the best photograph I was able get as the sergeant directed the patrol officer to block the scene with his police cruiser.  The suspect was transport to St. Vincent’s Hospital to be treated for injuries prior to booking.  This may be connected to a break in at Lexus Pre-Owned vehicles on Commerce Drive. I know the sergeant wasn’t talking and the Shift Commander was on the road so I’ll check with Lt. Perez tomorrow.
