Fairfield CT– A Fairfield man whose address is listed as homeless was arrested for allegedly attempting to steal two nail guns from the Home Depot on Grasmere Avenue. Justin Russ, 27 was apprehended by an off duty Stamford Police Officer in the parking lot. It was discovered that Russ had a $5,000 outstanding bond from New Canaan, a $50,000 bond from Berlin and a $25,000 bond from Bridgeport. He was charged with Failure to Appear on the three separate charges.
