#Westport CT–On 02/19/16 at approximately 12:00pm, Allen Pearson was blocking traffic with an oil truck on Railroad Place while pumping oil. Officers report that Pearson has been warned in the past not to block the roadway. Pearson refused to move his truck until he was done pumping oil and refused to give the officers his license and registration paperwork. Pearson then tried several times to shut the door of the truck while officers ordered him to exit. Pearson was taken out of the truck by the officers and placed under arrest. Pearson was uninjured. He posted the $500.00 bond and has a court date in Norwalk on 02/29/16.
