1:16pm–#cttraffic–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A crash on I-95 at 27A southbound had I-95 temporarily shutdown. Traffic is flowing again but all emergency vehicles have not arrived on scene so expect delays. I don’t think it is worth detouring for.
