1:30am–UPDATE: The driver, a resident of Savoy Street just called police to turn himself in. He said he did not see the two women. It was dark and the women were wearing dark clothes.

12:22am–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A police officer on routine patrol found two women laying on the side of Savoy Street at the corner Main Street.  The driver turned right onto Savoy Street, hit the two and fled.   One woman was not has a serious head injury and was not conscious at the scene.   The other woman was conscious and may have suffered a broken leg.
