5:05pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– #Trumbull Connecticut– An employee at the TD Bank at 4865 Main Street Bridgeport flagged down a police officer outside the bank which turned out to be a Trumbull Police Officer on a traffic stop.  Someone inside the bank was attempting to commit fraud.  The officer gave chase and the suspect fled into a white BMW with New York plates north on Main Street.  The officer lost sight of him.  Bridgeport Police located him on Route 8/25 southbound in heavy traffic.  They were able to bring the car safely to a stop at the split of I-95 north/southbound.  They have four people in custody.huge-copy
