11:39pm–#Bridgeport CT– Firefighters quickly knocked out a fire at a machine shop on the first floor at 1918 Stratford Avenue. A couple of days ago firefighters were called to a car fire and the car was locked behind the fence and firefighter had to work to get to the car. On October 24th the area was the scene of another fire on the first floor, I’m certain which business that was in.
DoingItLocal is run by Steve Krauchick. Steve has always had interest with breaking news even as an early teen, opting to listen to the Watergate hearings instead of top 40 on the radio. His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County.
