UPDATE: State police say the incident at exit 29 is a matter involving a shooting not an accident. The one at 31 is an ordinary accident.
9:55pm–#Bridgeport CT– #cttraffic– A crash with spinout on I-95 northbound near exit 29. No word of any injuries or delays. Also, another crash located at exit 31.
