UPDATE: –Police say that just before 12:30 Monday morning Len Allen Smith of Fourth Street was fatally shot while sitting in parked car at Union and Stratford Avenue. A second victim, Georgia Comacho who was seated in the back seat was also shot. She underwent surgery and is in critical condition. Smith died of his injuries. Police were looking for a white Jeep Cherokee that pulled up to their red Buick and opened fire. The suspect vehicle was located in Shelton on fire at Indian Wells State Park. This was Bridgeport’s 7th homicide of the year.
12:34am–#Bridgeport CT– According to multiple radio reports two people were shot a Stratford and Union Avenue, one person was shot in the head. A car parked on Union Avenue had the driver side window shot out, the suspects were reportedly in the vehicle. A white vehicle was seen fleeing the scene. This is breaking news and the investigation has just started so details can change.
