5:38pm–#Westport CT–#cttraffic– Reports of two cars in the left breakdown lane I-95 southbound near the exit 19 near the New Creek overpass with one driver unresponsive. Earlier today there was an unresponsive driver in the center lane northbound between exits 19 and 20.
