#Bridgeport CT– Mayor Ganim joined the City of Bridgeport to unveil a portrait of Margaret E. Morton to reside in the Bridgeport Government Center to celebrate Margaret E. Morton Day and kick off Black History Month.  Morton was elected to the state legislature and was the first black state senator.
