2020-05-27@1:11pm–#Fairfield CT– A man ran out of Home Cheapo on Grasmere Avenue with a shopping cart full of power tools and ran out towards Meadowbrook Road. Police arrested the suspect unload into his car parked near the I-95 entrance ramp.
