2022-11-21@8:51pm– A two-alarm fire was called for a very smokey fire at 600 Norman Street. One tenant received burns, but everyone else made it out of the multi-family home safely. Fairfield provided coverage to the empty Wood Avenue firehouse while they battled the fire. The fire was out within a half-hour.
DoingItLocal is run by Steve Krauchick. Steve has always had interest with breaking news even as an early teen, opting to listen to the Watergate hearings instead of top 40 on the radio. His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County.
