I-95 exit 33, both north and southbound, is closed due to a crash involving a motorcycle. According to unconfirmed reports, the motorcyclist had agonal breathing. Dispatch wanted to give CPR instructions but the civilians that were on scene did not feel comfortable giving CPR. When help arrived, EMS helped stabilize him, but did not have a transport vehicle, so they called Stratford to assist.
