Bites on the Sound is hosting its Run the Sound 5K – Halloween Edition this Saturday, October 31st, at Seaside Park in Bridgeport! Whether you’re an experienced runner, enjoy a casual walk, or just want to get outside and enjoy the Halloween festivities, this event is a great opportunity to come together with family, friends, and coworkers for a fun-filled morning in one of Bridgeport’s most beautiful parks!

Location: Seaside Park, Bridgeport, CT
9:30 AM: Check-In and Registration Opens
11:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Begins
12:30 PM: Medal Ceremony and Awards
1:30 PM: Event Wrap-Up
👻 Registration:
$35: Final Week Registration
$40: Race Day Registration
FREE: Children 12 and under with a registered adult (optional medal/bib package $10)
All paid 5K registrations include a finisher medal! Participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite Halloween costumes and enjoy a morning filled with music, community spirit, and plenty of Halloween fun. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
