(Bridgeport, CT – June 17, 2013) – An 18-year-old man was charged early Saturday with shooting a man whom he knows twice in the left leg and foot.

George Steele, of Sixth Street, was charged with first-degree assault.

The shooting happened at about 11 p.m. Friday in the area of Stratford and Hollister avenues. The victim is identified as Dominique Dailey, 21.

Detectives Vincent Lariccia and Todd Toth led the investigation and were able to identify Steele as a suspect and make an arrest.
