Instead he moved his car further up the block and now was blocking traffic. After refusing to show the officer his registration and then throwing it at the officer, instead of receiving an infraction for improper parking he then added Interfering with an Officer like adding toppings to a pizza. After a cheesy mugshot and posting a $5,000 bond he was released from custody.
