Fairfield News: One Dead In Police Involved Shooting
6:00am--#Fairfield CT-- Police are investigating that left a man dead after he lunged at police during a domestic violence incident on Mountain Laurel Drive. The man was not immediately identified. His wife is in critical condition. Three children, ages 12, 13 and 15 were also taken to hospital, the youngest airlifted to Yale-New Haven Hospital. The children's injuries were blunt force trauma and stab wounds. A baseball bat was involved in the assaults. The home is registered by town records as owned by Harun and jacinta Keskinkaya. Bridgeport News: Loud Noise May Be Resco
UPDATE: Firefighters just said it was a large steam release from a ruptured steam pipe at electrical plant on Atlantic Street. 7:30pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Police are receiving a number of calls for a loud noise, sounding like an aircraft they cannot see in the Park Avenue /State Street area. Firefighters say it sounds like a massive water leak. An officer says it might be the Resco Plant venting. I hear it in Fairfield and that is the sound I head last year when Resco vented.
