DoingItLocal is run by Steve Krauchick. Steve has always had interest with breaking news even as an early teen, opting to listen to the Watergate hearings instead of top 40 on the radio. His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. He strongly believes that the public has right to know what is happening in their backyard and that government needs to be transparent. Steve also likes promoting local businesses.

Trains May Be Delayed

UPDATE: Dog is off the tracks and now at Snoop Doggy Dog Salon near Flipside Burger & Bar. Black Rock Warning: Phone Robberies by Yoots

9:15pm--#Bridgeport CT--A warning to people in the Black Rock area where kids on bicycles are pushing people down taking their cellphones.  It happened earlier on Brewster Street near Fairfield Avenue and it just occurred in front of the Showcase Cinemas.   Police are looking for two black teens around 15 years of age on bikes.  Both are wearing dark hoodies with blue jeans.  One hoodie has white lettering.  If you see them call police.   This report sponsored by:
