11:44pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A Sanford Place woman was parking her car when she was approached by a masked man with a gun when a heavy set Hispanic woman hit him with her purse and the man fled according to radio reports. As I was writing this up a second call on Norman Street came in about possibly the same man, armed, grabbing a woman by the hair and trying to take her car. #Bridgeport CT-- Firefighters takes care of a chimney fire that extended to right side of the home at 177 Alexander Drive. Then a fire in the wall next to the furnace at 72 Scott Avenue. How about some likes for the arents, children and staff that came together at Creative Starts Learning Center in Stratford to help collect and donate food for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Together they donated over 300 pounds of food to the Bridgeport Rescue Mission for those in need during the holiday season. Way to go!
