The victim stated at approximately 1830 HRS, he was paid in cash after completing an electrical job at a bodega in Bridgeport. After being paid by the owner in front of several patrons of the store, the victim left and was driving to his home in Norwalk at which time he was cut off by a dark blue or black Volkswagen (possibly a Passat or Jetta) at the intersection on Kings Highway North.
