The location and time has yet to be determined. In response, Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch made the following statement: “This is great news. 10:02pm--#Bridgeport CT--The Junco 5 at 1427 Stratford Avenue was reported to have been robbed at gunpoint by 3 black males all wearing masks.  One of the suspects was carrying a long gun.  Police are investigating. Bridgeport Detectives Seek Identity of Burglar

(Bridgeport, CT – Oct. 21, 2014) – Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who burglarized City Sound Electronics last week. Police responded to a burglary at the location at 1094 Main St. at about 6:30 a.m. on Oct. 16. Detectives secured a photo of the suspect from security footage inside the store. Detectives also are investigating whether the same suspect is responsible for several other recent commercial burglaries in the immediate area. The suspect is believed to be a white or Hispanic male and possibly in his late 30s  or 40s. In the City Sound burglary, he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt  and black sneakers. McKinley’s PTA will be hosting Trunk or Treat at Fairfield Warde High School parking lot on Saturday, October 26th from 2pm-5pm. This event is open to the town. Over 30 cars will be decorating their trunks and passing out candy and treats to children who go from car to car. The cost is $5.00 per child. All proceeds go to McKinley’s PTA. Rain Date is Sunday, October 27th 2pm-5pm. I covered this last year and the kids had a blast!
