One remained in the car and police quickly apprehended him. Police have 3 in custody and K-9 is now tracking the 4th. We are told he called his office and was told his truck was short enough to make it under the Mill Plain Road underpass....he didn't. Firefighters are concerned with the integrity of the bridge and has asked Metro North to the scene to inspect it.
