According to the police report: "At approximately 8:45 PM, Shelton Police received a 911 call reporting a shooting at Agawam Trail. Shelton Police and EMS responded to the scene and located a male victim lying in a driveway with a gunshot wound. The male victim and the canoe was located on a beach off Eveningside Drive. 2:11pm--#Milford CT--A canoe has overturned between Charles Island Silver Beach.
