10:38pm--#Bridgeport CT--A pedestrian was hit in the crosswalks outside Tony's Huntington Inn at 437 Huntington Turnpike. Injuries do no appear to be life threatening and the driver stopped and remained on scene.
Armed robbery by teens
10:17pm--#Bridgeport CT--A woman was held up at gunpoint by two teens, one had a silver handgun at the corner of Madison Avenue and Madison Court. The woman was two houses from home.

5:31pm--#Bridgeport CT--Stratford CT--Two suspects wanted in the armed robbery at Booth Memorial Park in Stratford are in custody by Bridgeport Police on North Avenue near Island Brook Avenue. UPDATE--A firearm was located in the vehicle.
Bridgeport Firefighters Battle Significant Blaze
1:22pm--#Bridgeport, CT – Bridgeport Firefighters responded to significant house fire at about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. No serious injuries were reported. The fire happed at 951-953-959 Capitol Ave. in a three-story, three-family house. Assistant Fire Chief Ivan Fossesigurani said firefighters leaving the station on Congress Street could see smoke in the distance and, on arrival, encountered heavy fire coming from the second and third floors. He estimated the flames were shooting more than 25 feet into the air. Four fire engines, two ladder trucks and an assistant and deputy chief responded. An addition ladder and engine were staged in case additional resources were needed. Car hits Bed Bath and Beyond
1:59pm--#Fairfield CT--An elderly driver hit a parked car and crashed into the Bed Bath and Beyond on Kings Highway this afternoon. The driver was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. The building had minor damage to the bricks to the right of the entrance way.

2:40pm--#Bridgeport CT--A man wearing a coat with the word Atlanta on it stole over $150 worth of soap from the CVS at 2610 East Main Street. Police arriving spot him and arrest him. He did not slip away from the law.
Man Who Stated He Was High on PCP Found With Crack Cocaine
#Bridgeport, CT – Dec. 9, 2013 – A city man faces narcotics charges after being questioned by policeSunday. Officers Jonathan Duharte and Phillip Norris observed the suspect in the area of Washington Terrace and Washington Avenue, an area know for narcotics sales and prostitution. The suspect, later identified as Eugene Brown, 29, of Bridgeport, appeared to be disoriented and continued to reach into his coat pocket while looking from side to side. That behavior, in addition to the fact that Brown told police that he was under the influence of PCP, prompted further investigation. Police summoned an ambulance to check out Brown but, as medics attempted to treat him, he refused to remove his left arm from his jacket sleeve. In…
