Firefighters recived a call of a scooter on fire at the 700 block of Kossuth Street in Bridgeport. On arrival they saw that the scooter fire extended to the house and quickly put out the fire. There are no reported injuries at this time.

Bridgeport Firefighters were called to Fire Engine Pizza on Fairfield Avenue for a structure fire. Assistant Chief Cronin told us they discovered a fire in the flue/duct work that extended to the roof, which they quickly extinguished. Today's car fire is on William Street by the intersection of Huntington Road in Bridgeport. Firefighters quickly put out the fire that extended through the cabin. There are no reports of any injuries at this time.
