10:50am--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A Milford Police Officer visiting our fine city was struck by a gray 1987 Toyota Camry with antique plates 00BTF. The driver then fled the scene. 1:03am-- #Bridgeport Connecticut-- An attempted robbery at knife point at Fairfield and Brewster Street by two white or Hispanic males who fled down Brewster Street towards the movie theaters. Both were wearing red and white hoodies. Bridgeport Police engaged in a foot pursuit with one of them on Alfred Street and police from both Fairfield and Bridgeport Police are searching backyards. 2:30pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- Police were called to East Main Street and Shelton Street for a man with a safe between his legs using tools trying to get the safe open.
